Hi,
I worked with CSC India till 10th April 2015. I applied for PF withdrawal in the month of February 2016. My pan card was not clear so I sent this multiple times to CSC answers India helpdesk. I escalated this to CSC helpdesk multiple times to send my PF documents and every time I got assurance that it will be submitted by next Friday. I worked for CSC from July 2005 till Oct 2009. I have submitted all required documents for PF closure to CSC in the month of January 2014. I have got the confirmation in Feb 2014 that the documents are received and additional documents are needed. Within 2 days, I sent those documents.
