It is highly disappointing for me that I am not getting signal for a day. Informed designated operator in the morning but he paid no attention even he is not picking my phone. Sent msg from whatsapp .But no response . Very negligent approach ....

Now among 74 channels i can choose any channel whether it's a fta channel or in whatever way a channel comes... We have been using digital cable frommore than 2 years and we never had a pleasant experience. Often face signal interruption and most of the times it gives messages: "no signal" or "access to cable is restricted please contact your cable operator". When we try to contact operator the mobile is not reachable and if connected we get temporary or no solution....

Digi cable net work is not providing receipt to the consuners, instead the operater enter the amount on a card and take signature of consumer.The consumer has no proof of payment made by him.In this manner the company is voitaling the rule and not paying the service tax to govt....

i am very fond of watching sports and in order to watch sports without interruption i brought a digi cable set top box nearly 8 months ago. It was fine in the initial stages, but for the last two months channels like ESPN, start sports and ESPN are off air and when i contacted my cable operator as well as the digi cable call center in Hyderabad there is no proper response from their side....

I live at Royal Estate, Ajnala Road, Amritsar and Rajesh (Vicky) is running DIGI Cable their. But my cable was not working properly. I complaint for this problem to your cable operator Mr Vicky. He told for set up box and took 600/- for that purpose and also promised that set up box will be put up within a week. But after a month he did nothing. After one month then I complaint again and he cut off my home cable.
