Mukarjee as on last 5 year back, my father passaway last 15 day back now just i want to use it its found not active, we try to contact via media travels also but no any one attending the call from them kindly suggest me what can i do? Don't Take Done card Agency

I uday kanth has taken Agency of Done card I had a very Bad Experience with it, I paid Indicom bill, by mistake I entered wrong Account No I kept a request to Customer care of Done card at the beginning stage they dint even gave reply for my mail after so long after many mail finally the they replayed me saying it will be refunded soon in to my Account they are keeping on saying the same many times but I dint get my refund so far and at customer...
