They called me that buyer is ready for that dtcp is required.
I paid them on 18th March 2021.
Udayan & shastri Babu not responding.
I bought a land from them in Mailam on 2010 dream homes in dream city.

I purchased two plots from dream homes way back in 2013-14. Post that we had paid 30k for "l" shaped compound and another 30k for dtcp approval. They didn't do anything at all and kept delaying things by saying something or the other. They were not returning the money either.
