Service of bus no. 507 is getting poor day by day. I have been waiting on bus stop since 8:00pm to 9:11 at south ex bus stop and not even a single 507 bus came. And this happens every other day. Please look into this matter. Not everyone can afford to travel by auto....

Not maintain regular time late 30 minutes every day in start point from time 8:20 am

Daily I utilise the service of DS bus service of DTC. But since the time DTC has brought a new rule to not allow even the DS buses from flyover is not serving its purpose of running DS buses. I work in a government sector and daily I am reaching the office late. What is the purpose of running DS service bus when its not serving its purpose. Sir i used to go daily from jeewan park to sagarpur from bus route no.879 or outer mudrika. Acc.to rule fare from the listed distance is 5 rs.but bus conductor charge 10 rs.from me daily and when i say them about wrong fare they argue and start shouted on me.. tell me what to do.pls take an appropriate action as soon as possible pls for public welfare.. hope for right decission.....

I am regular passenger of dtc bus service. There are so many people who have to go daily anand vihar isbt to mangolpuri (939). I seen lot of time that driver not stopped bus on stopich due to cross the green lite. So some like that problem with my father. On day 13.12.2012, time 8.10pm (Time on shahdara), approximately time will be 7.45 pm on anand vihar isbt., dtc green low floor bus (939). Driver height 6 ' and conductor 5.6'...

bus driver not stopping on the bus stop meant for picking the passengers
are these drivers enough educated to understand the importance of BUS STOP
or simply they think the bus driven by them their personal property anywhere to stop or not.
PLEASE look into the matter IF any concerning authority is watching...

No Stopping the Bus on the Bus Stand Route No. 114
Dear Sir,
I want to bring ur kind attention that as i am a employee in a company in Pitampura so i always use to pick DTC bus Rout No. 114 from N.D. Pocket at 6:00 pm But sometimes the driver doesn not stop the bus at stand and this creates a big problem for me. Yesterday 05/11/09 i was waiting for bus at 6.00 pm then 1 DTC bus was came but he did not stopped the bus. I also indicate to him for stop the bus but he had ignore me....

Shortcut of the route by DTC R.No.392
The complaint is about DTC R.No.392 plying from Noida Sector 62 to Dhaula Kuan. While going to the office everyday, I take DTC R.No.392 from Hoshiarpur Mode. DTC R.No.392 is supposed to come to Sector 62, via Hoshiarpur Mode. But on almost all the days, no bus come to this stop Hoshiarpur Mode.
