Not given the plot
My father Lt. Shri RAMPAL SINGH RAWAT has booked a plot on 20-11-86 at OKHLA ENCLACE near HARYANA BOEDER vide MEMEBERSHIP NO. 7425 under hire purchase scheme. He also paid a total amount sum of Rs. 10, 000/- for the same till 11-10-91. The plot was booked at the rate of Rs. 100/- per square yard.
Then in 15-06-99 my father again submit the receipt of rupee 10, 000 as claim for the land or the money with interest and received a refund claim...

Not give the plot
Dear Sir/Madam,
Everybody knows the big fraud DURGA BUILDER PVT. LTD. That company take a money from 1986 to 1992 Rs. 1,25,000/- (in installments) from my father Late Sh. Balbir Singh, now 19 cases in Delhi High Court against this builder, that company make a township in Faridabad name EDENBURG CITY, now we are on rent my family. we have no option please tell what i will do? I want money back with interest or give the plot....
