train fare deducted without ticket being booked

I had tried booking a ticket on the 8th of dec. After the payment was made the "processing" page kept on processsing for a very long time, after which the page showed some sort of error. I had not even pressed the refresh button or done anything of the sort. The ticket had not been booked too, but i got a message on my mobile saying Rs.305/- had been deducted for the ticket fare. This is the third time such a thing is happening...

un cancellation of e ticket

I booked a ticket on WWW.irctc.com on 21 mar 2010. The train was farakka express from Kanpur to Delhi the journey was from 9:15 PM in evening to 4:30 Am of 23 mar 2010.The train was 7 and half hour delayed, when we tried to cancel the e ticket then it didn't canceled they showed that we cant cancel the e ticket. so i want that you please talk cancel my e ticket refund my money.

EXPRESS by my PNB debit card. Amt of Rs 265 has been debited but still

Refund of money against cancellation of train

Sir

I have booked a ticket(via SUVIDHAA service) PNR No.[protected], Transaction ID 98838932 from Jammu Tawi to Howrah by 2332/Himgiri Express on 25-May-2009. Due to RIOT in Punjab, 2332/Himgiri Express was cancelled. Hence I could not make the journey.

I was informed that I will be eligible for full refund as I had not made the journey. But I was not able to cancel the ticket from the railway counter over there...

transation i.d. nos [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] are settlement failed.
In this connection pattambi-chennai sector there were four tickets have been booked and cancelled during july 2009, a total rs. 1104/- were deducted from my Canara Bank A.T.M account, but I have received reund for only one ticket i.e. Rs. 274/- only. your status report shows that settlement failed.

slow movement of waitlisted ticket compared to other category

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a query.
I have observed that movement in waitlisted e-ticket is very slow comapre to i-ticket or ticket taken on counter.

I had a e ticket WL 45 which moved to WL 2 ( PNR [protected]) at the time of chart preparation while another ticket moved from WL 314 to WL165 ( PNR [protected]) for the same train. Do you have a bias towards e-tickets.

waitlisted e ticket not taken as valid ticket to journey

i was travelling through my e ticket from korba to nagpur by shivnath express (No 8239).My PNR no was [protected] .
I was having a waitlisted ticket with waiting no 1 for 3A class.
Whnen i approached the TTE with my ticket he told me that the e ticket with the waiting no is not valid and i need to get the new ticket with the dues.
He took bribe from me for the allotment of the seat that too in the sleeping coach.
