Refund for cancelled Ticket

I booked a flight ticket from pune to Delhi on 13 Aug 2022 from travolook website of rs 3866 With Ref no -REF38405****. It was automatically cancelled and they mentioned the refund will be in 10-15 days. But still my money did not reflects in my account. Refund amount not credited into my bank account

Politics on tatkal tickets on irctc.co.in

There is politics going on with irctc website it always show from 8am till tatkal ticket bookin time i have even mailed but no actions are the mails was as follows:
I dont know why govt has given you privilage for online ticketing and
if online tatkal tickets cannot be processed then why have you kept
tatkal option on your website. I suppose it is just a way of making
people fool by IRCTC of booking tatkal tickets....

Its very frustrating I have booked reservation ticket of mine sis through ETICKET from guhawati to newdelhi.

Settlement /refund of failed transaction

I booked a ticket from Moradabad to Ambala Cantt on 25/01/2010 ON THE INTERNET in Amarnath Express (5653) but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 130/- was, however, debited to my PNB Debit card No[protected] . Pathetic site and customer support

First of all I am very very thankful to Railway Minister for bringing railway in profit by cheating passengers.Since from today morning I am trying to take the print out of e-ticket wchich I have booked on irctc.co.in.But whenever I go to site I get service unavailable message.I am leaving today night by train and still I am not able to take my print out.Soo pathetic service.I called customer care no 139 that gentleman told me that this is...

Failure of e-ticket printout after payment made.

I booked today (at about 21.30 hrs from Singapore )2 II AC berths(e-ticket) by T.No.6506 Gandhidham Exp. ex Bangalore City to Hubli of 07/02/2009.Everything went on fine till payment was made. But no ERS ticket appeared for taking print out.The names of passengers are:

Cancellation of e-ticket

PNR no:[protected], Transaction ID:[protected]
respected sir since the train no:792 on 31-oct-2008 at nagpur was delayed by more than 8 hours and since we had an emergency need to reach HYD we had tried to cancel the e-ticket. But unfortunatly ur system was not cancelling the e-ticket.hence because o[censored]r failure i am losing Rs490.hence in this regard i need ur kind cooperation.if needed i would take necessary legal recourse .
