I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech, I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds....

Any one not replied and any other information for Earth techone project .i have paid full amount of office space...but not position... please help me...

I booked 2 studios in Tech 1, Greater noida project in 2011 but till date projevt not delivrred and work stopped before 5 years....

I have commercial unit in Techone and I didn't get information about NCLT hearing. Please guide me what to do now so that I can get my unit...

Got to know about the project through a dealer and have invested my money in Earth Infrastructure- Sapphire court project, which is still undelivered.
Also the Assured return @ 12% is pending from 2014 onwards.
I recently got the info, that the project has been handed over to another builder by NCLT, but in the list my name isn't there.
Kindly let me know the future course of action will be required to save my hard earned...

We purchased a commercial unit in Earth Tech One, Greater Noida in 2012. We were not informed about the resolution process and so failed to get on the list of financial creditors. Alpha Group won the bid to resume construction of the pending projects. To consider us as legitimate buyers, they are asking for Rs 2500 per sq ft of purchased space. This is daylight robbery.
