I wish to file an official complaint against Easy Day for cheating people by luring them to make loyalty cards worth Rs.1000 and then closing down stores without even bothering to inform the customer regarding the same.

This has happened the second time with me.

I paid for a loyalty card and the store shut down in Chitrakoot, Jaipur. Again during Diwali I paid for another card at the new outlet in Vasihali Nagar...

I bought Godrej, Yummiez Cheese Fingers from Easy Day, Kathua on thursday 10 June, 2022 for Rs 200/- (MRP - Rs 230/-) . When I came home and opened the package the cheese content In it had gone bad and there was deposition of green fungus on it. So I had to throw the whole packet out....

I purchased three items from easy day (chander nagar Ghaziabad 201011) on 13th april 2020 when i reached home I opened coffee which i bought from there only i was surprised to see that after opening of cap of coffee bottle, the bottle was unsealed from inside (photo attached).

I purchased 21 items from easy day fatehabad haryana today but i took some items wrongly and i again went to store for return/exchange but madam mandeep uncharged refuse to take returns and kept me standing for 20-25 minutes and she was talking so rudely as i have done a big mistake and behaving with me as i am a culprit. She did return after request many times. Please take notice of my embarrassment/ harrassment....

Very poor customer service.
Bought vegetables from easy day online and got rotten ones.
Dairy products i ordered were billed but not sent to me.
Once i called the store the workers didn't tend to solve the issue and made excuses.
Not the first time i am facing this. This is quite common as everytime either i get products of disintegrated quality or they skip sending products.
This is improper and betrayal...

I regret to inform you that in the month of March Easy Day exclaimed to all it's member customers that on purchase of 5000 and above a free Duffle Bag worth 1999 will be given as a gift... Later after shopping for 5000 above we got a message that the Duffle bag will be delivered soon till mid May... But I received the bag today i.e 11 June. Despite this delay, the bag I have received is not a Duffle bag as promised...

Today i went to my local easy day store on anandpur road garhshankar hoshiarpur and they had a offer on 2 ltr drinks the offer said buy one and get one free, our price 83 rupees when i tried to buy one they said it was 83 rupees but they weren't giving me one free
But if i want to buy two it was 160 rupees so i explained to them what the offer said they agreed that i was right so they let me buy only one but i wanted to buy two cases...

2 months ago i have done transactions of more than 5000 and representative at store promised me for a duffle bag. Till then i have visited store many times but have not received my bag. Any ways this was never an issue.
Today after my billing i have reminded representatives about the bag in very friendly way, and cashier informed me that you have to collect it tomorrow, i humbly protested that it has been 2 months and my residence...

I opted for easy day club membership in march, 2019 at indirapuram store in jaipuriya mall. Among other benefits, i was given a coupon to buy groceries worth inr 600 at any time.

However, the store at jaipuriya mall was closed within one month and it was informed to continue shopping from gaur city store.

To my surprise, when i went to the gaur city store on may 4, 2019, i was denied...

I had shopped for rs 8226/- on 2apr 2019, and when i asked for the offer which was going on of a duffle bag or the frying on shopping for above 5000/-, they said they don’t hv the item and once they get it they will notify me.
It’s 22apr today and i still dint get the product of the offer.
Very irresponsible or may i say it’s fraudulant.

On 29th dec-18 i purchased an amount of inr 477.00 from easy day -3517, scheme-2, alwar.
I produce my debit card for payment, the person at counter swipe the card and said due to network issue the transaction is cancelled. So you have choose another mode of payment.

I had renewed my easy day club membership on 15th july from dwarka sector 7 (Delhi) store as i was told that my membership have expired. My new membership card number is[protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected].

But i have not received fbb voucher of rs 200. I didn't get any coupon code in welcome message or after that. I am also not receiving monthly cashback of rs 100 which was promised...

Poor customer care, at easyday sbbj chauraha vaishali nagar jaipur rajasthan, billing clerk chooses whom to bill first while u might be religiously standing in que, perhaps the counter clerk believes he is doing some charity and easyday is the only place to shop.

I am complaint mr davik easyday store manager he is say mane apko pehle kehe diya tha paytm pehle se karlo. Mere biling ruk rahye ha. He say 5 time jaldi karo. Jab inko card banana hota ha to 15 minute lagte ha. Hume paytm karne me 5 minute lage to jaldi karo he is very rude me and lafing. I am last seven years shopping with easyday store other staff seven years record speak very soft spoken but mr davik very rude me and lafing check cctv...

We visited your above said store on 06.04.2017 and did some shopping of around three thousand. One mr dimple and mr sandeep approached us with a scheme that we deposit rs 999.00 with store and we will be given a discount of 10% on our shopping beside a rs. Fifty off on our purchase of sugar etc every month.
