I, Aayush Sharma, had paid Rs 50, 000 to elbex couriers last year for Regional Hub (( Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal). Initial 3 months they provided staff asiistance but after that they just went silent. No marketing support, no company staff support and the communication channel was closed on us. As there was no business in the endeavour, in Jan 2023 we asked them to refund our deposit but till today they have not. Now they have stopped picking...
