I have entered into service contract with the company Eureka Forbes for servicing of my aqua Gard RO machine on 14/06/11 by this contract they should come for 4 periodical service for my above machine. after many calls they come for 3 service But after so many reminders they are not coming...

I was not satisfied with your services and your technician clearly said problem is with water filter, i explained you briefly over the phone, you said you will resolve this issue but you are not even picking my calls tried calling you several times no response...

we had insured our R.O system for 2 years in year 2009 from EUREKA FORBES ..Mr.Jambu dalawat insured ths system.Now according to the agreement, filters have to be changed by ths this year in june,but still its not completely changed but he din't completely changed our filters...
