policy on best price guarantee

itneary details:[protected] . They are charging 32865 and agoda.com is charing just 28757. differnce of around 4000. but they do not refund or cancel. The customer care is rude and they dont even have basic common sense o[censored]nderstanding the logic. they keep on talking about policy which is not at all clear....

money not refunded after more than a month

i booked a ticket for my son Aug 2the and used net banking to pay. money got deducted, i got message saying money would be credited in 4-5 working days, Expedia declined transaction. both the bank and Expedia said not to worry, money would be returned in 4 days after they got it. Still not happened. (I bought another ticket using my credit card. on their site)
Expedia says on web , ask bank, so I did. Finally told Expedia not refunded...

Not Returning Refund Amount After Cancellation of Ticket

Sir/Madame,

1. I had made a booking for my wife and her brother on 12th of April, 2012 from Mumbai to Coimbatore and the stupid guy from Expedia made a mistake of booking two tickets on the same. I was left with no choice but to cancel the ticket. Later that day, I cancelled the ticket. They also said that since the mistake could be from their side and they would refund me the cancellation amount of Rs.950/-.
