Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for a PAN card correction to income tax department. They had corrected my record and sent SMS to my that my new PAN card has been dispatched through Express IT courier service on 10th Sep 2012. The Airway bill Number is [protected] and for further assistance they told to call [protected].

After a week, i am regularly calling them to track my courier. Every time they are telling...

On 13th September.2012 Pan was despatched by nsdl through expressit courier bill no.[protected] ,but it was not delivered till date.I had discussion with expressit courier on[protected]. They told reason of non delivery being wrong address. but reason is behind that they are not try to deliver and misguide me and not responding in proper manner. for that who is responsible...

HDFC bank has sent me a cheque book via EXPRESS IT (http://www.expressit.in/) courier services. I have been calling them at Bangalore office since 2 days but no one picks up the phone. I need the cheque book urgently and i don't know what to do.

Consumers are like biggest fools in INDIA. It sucks ......

I was to receive a parcel sent by Mumbai firm on 29-2-12. Status remained `in transit' for some time. Sender on 15-3-12 wrote that courier had lost the parcel, and they will send duplicate. on[protected] some body from courier telephones us saying that parcel was already delivered. I wrote to sender (JM Financial ltd.) to take legal action on courier and stop all work with courier in future. They agreed for that.

Didn't receive the courier even after 10 days. Customer service contact, never picking up the call. When they picked up after 3 days of trying, just gave an info you will get tomorrow. When asked about the delay, they just disconnected the call. Poor service....

My credit card is dispatched from HDFC bank from Chennai to noida on 29/12/2011 from express it courier. My courier reference is AWB #H[protected]. I had a courier from ICICI bank which had a cheque book. I got a call from Express IT courier. They just called and asked me if i am in home. I was in office and they kept the phone telling to collect the courier from the local office. They didnt give the booking number, they didnt even tell clearly which courier they are calling from. I tried calling them again, but no response. This is the second time this is happening. They dont bother...

my icici car insurance courier dispatch via express it courier . my airwaybill number is [protected].
this material has to dispatch ghaziabad Khora area . but that branch is not providing that area service . still he did not make any call to customer ,
and dispatach back . and put on internet address not locatable .
i contact lot of time to customer care and that branch also . very very poor service...

Express IT courier doesn't work professionally and they are really fraud. I will be available all the time in my home awaiting for my PAN card which necessary for me but my PAN card has been returned back to nsdl for the reason of "Consignee not available". But a day before my PAN card returned back to nsdl, i got a call from express IT courier regarding "did you get your PAN card" i said NO for that they told sure...

A worst courier company!!!

They never deliver the courier. I was waiting for my PAN Card for a week and this morning when I checked the status on web, it says, already returned to Mumbai, coz the "consignee is shifted". These people are careless and they never make call also. IRRESPONSIBILITY is the right name for this .... courier service

Its high time to shut down the company!...

I faced a problem with this EXPERSS IT Courier. I had to receive a cheque (returned) from Citi bank.
As i did not receive the same at the promised time from Citi bank, i called up bank and noted the AWB no ( [protected]) OF EXPRESS IT COURIERS. After i checked the Express it website and found that it was delivered. I enquired all the flats in my apartment (12 Flats) and there was no person available...

Writing this is not the solution- Again & again u are writing the same thing.

The cheapest non eithical courier service ever. (Erode/Tamil Nadu branch) They kept my courier and marked it as delivered. I dont' know why ICICI Bank has engaged Expressit courier for delivering the cheque books to their accounts holder.
This courier company has collected the cheque book from bank on 31st August2010with consignment note note no. [protected], but even expiry of 13days failed to deliver the cheque book.
Bank is also least botherd to understand the laziness of this courier and to pull upo this company, who is spoiling...

Express IT Courier is very irresponsible and highly unreliable courier, One cheque book packet was sent to me by ICICI Bank on 28th August 10 vide airway bill No. [protected]. The courier man never came to my residence where at least 3 members are available every time. A phone came to me on 5th sept 10 that it is returned because of non-availability of consignee.
