I got into an accident dated[protected] and bought my car to fair deal service centre sahibabad for the claim and all. I was welcomed by a big no from your GENERAL MANAGER MR ISH KUMAR that we cant take your car i asked why then got a reply i cant no reason was given i insisted them that i had purchased car from your dealer then why are u not taking and urge to give me in writing that you cant take and asked him what should i do...

Dear All,
On doing Follow-Up with True Value, I spoke to Mr. Avtar Singh, he informed me that they are having RTO Receipt & forwarded to me Via Email, and assured me that with this receipt no RTO officer can harass me if I don't have RC.
Now when I open the attachment I found that Receipt Date is 6-Apr-2015, and it is clearly written in the instruction that - CASH RECEIPT IS VALID FOR 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE. which I think is...
