I am continuously getting otp error while trying to upload KYC documents . It is always showing as otp re sent 8 times . Try again after 24hrs...

I imported my personal like cloths and more belongings worth 300gbp from Uk to India through FedEx from a mediator called parcel hero. I paid shipment charges quoted in parcel hero website. Now I got mail from FedEx stating that I need to pay custom taxes worth 25, 000 Rs. I can't pay this tax for 28kg personal belongings. Fedex company wrongly filed our Tax invoice under LUT instead of IGST paid for the abv said AWB. My gst amount is blocked because of this in customs.
We have been mailing to your team and also to [protected]@fedex.com but we found there is no proper grievance system in your company forget about solving our issue since last 2 months.

in KYC i have uploaded my IEC - IRJPS6307C, AD code - 6380198 registered on ACCDEL4 and my GSTIN : 03IRJPS6307C1ZT.

Upon import of goods i was asked to present BIS, Bank statement and invoices which were verified by Customs officials.

the goods were released yesterday, But i have some issues.br...

It has reached Delhi customs on 15th July. Still now CBE has not yet filed.

I have submitted the KYC documents and it has been Audited

The customer care executive are not answering properly for not filing the CBE

Still no idea why they have not submitted the CBE...

Hi, I have send my documents from France to Delhi India as required for visa. It is all documents in envelope and stuck at FedEx New Delhi. I have sent a laptop from USA to Bangalore on 27th March, it has to be submitted by 31st of March. FedEx had promised delivery by 30th March however shipment is stuck in Bangalore airport from 5days.
