Untrustful company...

1. The ordered item not delivered
2. No tracking feasibility
3. The Whatsapp number shown in the order is not available in Whatsapp
4. No one will respond if raise help request or complaint from the website
5. The website should be blocked for it's cheating business...

Did not refund me

So I ordered two flowers with total amount as Rs. 4097.0, Order ID: [protected] - for Mothers Day

I was contacted by their employee Rosy (+91 [protected]), who informed both the flowers which i had ordered was not available with them. So I asked them to kindly cancel the order and refund me. They said they will send me an intimation of cancellation via email. However I have not received anything.

I have ordered a boutique to be delivered today, but in the evening they messaged me that flowers are not available can we send CAKE.
If there's no Birthday or Anniversary, who needs a CAKE.

Never ever order from FLABERRY it's a fraudulent company....

Flowers

DO NOT order from FLaberry. The picture they post on their site is completely different to what they actually send. The flowers, colours nothing matches. They send cheap flowers that are already wilted and noone from customer service even bothers to reply to emails. I sent about 10 emails and got nothing back. They did not refund anything and did not even apologize. use Flower Aura or Ferns and Petals - NEVER use this company!!! WORST company...

I have received the order but it's showing delivered

I have ordered flowers on 13th Feb which was scheduled to be delivered on 14th Feb 2022. I have not received any call or message from the delivery partner and have not received the order yet. But when I am reaching out to the customer support they are saying it's delivered. They are not even sharing any contact details of the delivery partner....

I have order a flower bouquet on 6th Feb 2022 for the occasion of rose day which falls on 7th Feb 2022. I was told that the order will be delivered but I didn't receive the order and in the evening I got a mail from customer support of flaberry that the order has been delivered successfully but still I didn't received it. I'm so angry with the service of flaberry. There is no contact number where I can call and enquiry about....

Fraud- Wrong item delivered - No refund - No customer service response

I ordered a bunch of yellow flowers to be delivered and instead a cake was delivered.They dint call me and inform me about such changes.Customer confirmation is necessary if you are altering the order placed.Mere sending a mail without prior intimation or any call serves no purpose.Too bad and disappointed by flaberry.Wont recommend others to go for it...

Fraudulent operation

I had placed an order of 30 roses in a vase from this website, they have sent me only 15 wrapped in some flimsy plastic . The customer support is taking no action . Please see the pictures of the product I had ordered and the product that was delivered ....
