VERY UNSATISFIED with SERVICE CENTRE

Dear Sir

This is to be inform you that I have purchased a handset of FLY LX-500 on 10-04-08 but it's Keys are not working properly I have deposit my handset to the service centre (Suri Telecom, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092) as on 23.10.08 vide TAG No. 119 but till today there is no response from the customer care .I have gone many times to service centre but repetedly they say that AAJ SHAAM KO AA JAYEGA HEAD OFFICE GAYA...

Very Unsatisfied with mobile service center

I bought a cellphone(Model No. fly 2080) of company 'FLY' on date 18 August 2007 from RPG Cellucom sec-61, Shopprix mall Noida. On date 4th Apr 2008 I found that my cell is not working properly, it did not get the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Accel Frontline' of FLY company on date 09 Apr 2008.They people Checked my cell physically and found that there are scretches on panels and loose...
