Non discharge of patient

Morning a discharge advice has given for my fathermr. Srinivsaan. But due to neglegence in insurance department they are delaying the discharge. It is 8.44 night till my father discharge is being delayed.patient name srinivasan.

Refusal to attend patient's attendant and allotment of beds by shalimar bagh fortis

The senior management (IPD Bed Allotment & Administration) has been blocking the numbers and not attending. Despite making fake promises of keeping us on the priority list, for 78 years, the patient was denied blood and bed even in the emergency dept with Low HB 7.1. My son was admitted in Fortis Vasant Kunj since 11th Feb 12:07am and got discharged today around 3pm but we were asked to vacate the room sharp at 11:am, even knowing that the kid is only 2 years old, than came the bill and approval from the insurance company, bill amount 91724 rupees, approval amount 86362 and discount 5362(it clearly mentioned shouldn’t paid by me/don’t collect) but still I have been told my the billing team that 5362...

Behavior of the staff and network issue

The behaviour of the staff is very rude. They dont even have the manner to talk to old people. Further, there is no network available in the hospital due to which many problems are faced, and the staff do not carr about guiding the new patients.
They have the attitude problem
Also everyone is jyat sitting to grab the money
As compared to the fortis (shalimaar bagh)
i would rate 1* for Gurugram fortis

Fortis Vasant Kunj - Medical Negligence

My father 83yrs old was admitted in ICU and had severe breathing difficulty. He was given the necessary treatment after 7hrs delayed literally which is an act of negligence and irresponsibility.
I even gave written complaint but the medical superintendent has denied any revert saying it's internal matter.

It's was really a mental harrasment and torture for my father and my entire family....

Staff rudeness and unavailability of rooms

I have admitted my mother (Laxmi sharma) today around 10Am for gall bladder removal surgery. And we have selected the single pvt room.

Since then your staff saying your surgery will start in an hour and after 4 hours we have approached customer desk and they told us your surgery slot is 4:30 Pm.

Since that time my patient is waiting in HDU and staff...

There is no proper administration in the hospital.

Over charging my Fortis Kalyan

Radiation dept waiting time.

Good day
I am highly disappointed with radiation dept of Fortis Mulund.
Waiting time is almost hour or more.
Above all they dnt take patinets as per waiting time, givin reason than person time is before u.
Patinets are paying huge money and if they do get this treatment this is highly unfair and not acceptable from hospitals like Fortis.
Kindly address this issue asap.

Ipd refund not received

In this regard, it is submitted that I was admitted at Fortis Hospital, Mohali on 25.07.2023 for Sinus and DNS Surgery with treating doctor as Dr. Ashok Kumar Gupta .

The hospital asked to deposit Rs 3000.00 as cash which will be refunded in cash if bill amount is less since my treatment was covered under Oriental Insurance.

I was discharged on 26.07.2023 and whole of the expenses were covered under the insurane....

Nursing staff uncooperative

I have been in relation with fortis from last 10 years.
Yesterday on July 15th, I came with my daughter for admission for stuture on her chin. We opt for single occupancy on 5th Floor, Room No
4505.
I want to say this time Nursing staff is worst experience especially the day time staff Name SUNITA is very aggressive, unpolite. Whenever we are asking her, she responds in very bad manner.

Radiology

I was asked to do ultrasound since my wife is pregnant and when I approached the radiology department requesting an urgent ultrasound to be done the staff told me it might take 2-3 hours to go through it however it's been 5 hours now still ultrasound is not done yet and staff is not answering anything to question asked....
