We had plan a vacation trip to goa.!! Where we did the bookings and reservation.!!! Now as due to cyclone we are contacting them for cancellation all the numbers are suspended.!! One number is active but that person never receives our call and alwayz disconnect the call nd drop a txt msg stating call you later.!! Request you to look into this and get a complaint registered against them....

We travelled to kerala with ghumlo india.
We asked them to book a hotel at thekkady but they booked a sharing home stay. We have paid them money for room with breakfast, but they have booked only room. They have charged 1500 rupee extra for flower bed decoration which doesn't cost more than 100 rupee. The mistake i have done is, even though i have seen bad reviews regarding ghumlo india, i felt good with the words they told and trusted...

Ghumlo india is a very frivolous tours and travel company. Had the worst experience with them. I would not even recommend it to my enemies.

This company promised us a lot of things, but as soon as token amount was paid, true colors imerged.

They call you incessantly till you pay the amount, after that if we try to call, either they dont pick up ur phone or switched off.
