i was not happy with the services and the staff was abusing me when we requested for our refunds.

I would like to give you details about my issue.

I signed an agreement with a migration agent in Delhi on May 2010. I submitted all documents to them for verification.

I got the services from Global visa because of google searching. They are making fool hundreds of people and no one is taking any strict action so that no one else can be affected by their fraud. I am going to court to sue them as well. They have taken unauthorised money from my account although I have cancelled the contract....

I would like to give you details about my issue.

I signed an agreement with a migration agent in delhi on oct 2010. I submitted all documents including bank draft, certifictes to m/s global visas

I submitted my all documents in the month of dec 2010. I got a official mail from them that they have submitted my file in canadian govt authorities on 4th feb 2011. I asked pod details of courier as my DD had not encashed...

Global visas is a league of fraudster. Pooja Baruah, Rajesh, Varun and Madhvi Guleria all are involved in credit card scam. these guys took my credit card no. in the pretext of immigration and charged more money than discussed, since then never picked up phone. these guys must be caught asap. they are all blacklisted scamster....

I have paid my all fees,to the company in one shot and after 2 months the rules had changed and i asked them to refund my fees,but they are not doing that....

well my case is going on with global Visas. This company which is in delhi taken my card details and told me that they will charge the amount in Indian Rupees but they charged in GBP . They take card from clients like me and then charged them through EPDQ which is fraud. In fact they are charging Indian Govt tax from us and they are paying that tax to UK which is a biggest fraud in India. They are transferring our Indian amount to UK government....

GLOBAL VISAS took a pre payment of 1500 pounds for a simple visa application after 25 days of not responding to my questions or phone calls I requested a refund for lack of service, I have had no response. I obtained the visa myself within the waiting period. Totally un professional SCAMMERS...

Global visas is fraudlent company.. they just take money from the client and run away from thier services..

ranjan arora is not capable enough to handel the responsibilty of Branch manager...
he do not have knowledge about the immigration and visas.
he is an liability for the global visas as he is not a good manager....

i think he should be removed from the company....

Global visas, have frauded about 1 lakh rupee, by missleading me. finally they have closed my file saying simply that the Australian govenment regulation has changed.

this is a genuine case and i have lost a hard earned money, now totally depreseed on what to do.
