I am working in go colors chennai keelkattalai branch as a store manager, i made a small mistake, due to that Rm mr. Kandan sending out me immediately from store, without any excuses, warning letter, notice period etc, for the small things iam loss my job, kindly take some action on this complian ..hope everyone having family,...

Go Colors has the worst customer care representatives I have ever come across.
We shopped at one of the Go Colors Store in Pune on 1-Jan-2023.
When we came home & saw the bill, we were incorrectly charged (The sales person at the store mistakenly doubled the quantity of one of the products & charged me double)
I called customer care to lodge the complaint, but they refused to lodge my compliant. Instead...

I received defective product from go colors. I raised the complaint the very same day via emai, as the customer service number was getting disconnected after the ring. I received reply from the executive to share the product image and I sent the pictures of the product immediately. After sending the picture I have been following up with the team from past 3 days, but no one is picking up the call nor replying to my email. It seems they are...
