I have purchased 3 month Hangama play subscription from Flipkart today. Received a coupon code. But when I'm trying to redeem or use it in the Hangama app, it says invalid code.

Could you help me to use my subscription?...

As the card was delivered to me it was not working at all
I have tried to call the customer care services but was not able to connect
So please take note of it and replacedthe card with new or refund my money back as soon as possible

All the files copied to it gets corrupted. Please return the money.
The company's website doesn't open and there is no return option in the mail sent. The product doesn't even show hp in the computer.
