hello sir,
i have received my credit card but till now i didn't get my credit card pin number so i request u to send me the pin no through email or to my mailing address...

I had a card with the limit of 10, 000 rs I used 8, 000rs . then i came back to my home town thinking that i will get the bank receipts to my Permanent address also .

Now after 2 years when i have received the call from the bank they tell me that my outstanding amount is around...

I have given the change of address 6 months before and this change of address is not effected and I am not receiving the statements and the collection calls alone are made and without seeing what i am debited i am paying the due. Please help me out.

I had a credit card with HDFC and I have used it only once ( Nov 2003 ) as per my Knowledge. The amount is 300+ . Its linked to my saving account and the payment should be automatically made. My savings account at that time has sufficient funds.

After 5 years they are now calling...

Last two month I m not receiving the monthly statement. even I have deposited some amt. arount 2500/- (Approx). Pl. provide me last & current statement by e. mail immediately.
