whispering towers

Abnormal delay in possession of our flat booked in hdil palghar

I sold my 3 properties to pay installments of hdil in time. i asked orally and by emails to hdil to inform me, if any delay in possession, so that i can delay sale of my properties. But these corrupted, selfish people didn't care to inform me. and i sold at throw away price. Later on prices increases drastically. I would have been earned handsome profit if sold later on. HDIL has failed in giving possession of flats in time, on enquire they says still it will take 18 more months for possession, mean while without any construction work in progress they are demanding again & again for payment with threats of forfeiting the paid amount if the payment is not made in 3 to 7 days, how to pay and on what grounds that they are not ready to clarify, nither they are ready to talk on phone or nor ready to reply...
