HDIL has failed in giving possession of flats in time, on enquire they says still it will take 18 more months for possession, mean while without any construction work in progress they are demanding again & again for payment with threats of forfeiting the paid amount if the payment is not made in 3 to 7 days, how to pay and on what grounds that they are not ready to clarify, nither they are ready to talk on phone or nor ready to reply...

I have done agreement with hdil for 2 bhk flat where hdil has agreed in the agreement and As per the agreement clause 8 and clause 32 that if they delay the possession the purchaser has the right to terminate the agreement and get entire amount refunded which i have paid as instalments with 12 % interest which now they are rudely refusing.
