Foodpanda failed to issue a refund on an order that didn't go through the merchant. They said it's a technical issue but promised to refund after 5 business days, but look, I still don't have it.

Note that it was a foodpanda pay that supposedly, refund should be processed immediately...

I still not have received my refund for a cancelled order. I tried asking help through chat support but I still have not been helped by the chat support agent and even mentioned it is not possible, I need my refund for 552.00 pesos....

I ordered a juice in Ola store and I even paid for it but it’s not showing in orders and it’s asking to pay again and when I tried contact customer support they didn’t oblige properly and said they can’t do anything about it....

We make agreement with food panda for our restaurant food delivery this year
Now food panda start to deduct lots of money from our invoices and whenever I email them and I try to reach their area manager or agent but no one answering my call and replying my text for explaining about deduction of money
I don't know who I'm going to contact and where I am going to complain about food panda
Hopefully my problem will solve...

Good panda failed to deliver the ordered food that they sms to inform me that the delivery is delayed. Subsequently another sms send to say delivery cancelled. And without delivery, food panda still charge and refuse to give refund or proof that the food was sent. Very dishonest act and even with email showing non delivery they still didn’t give refund. Bad service....

My order was always cancelled by Food Panda....

I didn't get my money back from a delivery that didn't came to me. The driver didn't get the address and the application told us that he was late and then they canceled the order. The team support of panda food says that the driver was in the address but that is impossible because my boyfriend was there and he didn't saw anyone. They called me but i was talking with my mother, emergency call, so i didn't get the call....

I have ordered foodpanda today, the time of delivery was incorrect. I called the restaurant immediately and they agreed to cancel the order as the food has not been prepared yet. But the rude customer service person refused to change the delivery time nor to cancel the order/ refund so that i can make the amendment and reorder again despite the restaurant has cancelled the order. I was driving back home on my normal road known as “nawamin rd” at 17.45pm today (Nov. 13, 19) in bangkok, thailand. As per income tax provisions, we have to deposit tds u/s 194h out of our own pocket then we have to ask for refund after submitting the required documents such as form 16, cancelled cheque. From last 6 mths, i am continously asking to reimburse the tds amount and even after submitting all the required documents. My tds amount status is not yet resolved.

They asked me to deposit cancelled cheque again...

I ordered food through food panda.
It was paid through a travel card.
They cancelled my order within 3-4 minutes and telling me that the order was being prepared, they did not refund my money.
It was a huge amount for me.
Please refund it asap.
I have raise 6 chats and and 7 emails.
However no one got back to me.
They also were closing the chat as if they were not interested in talking to me...

I took the food panda's service on 8th monday september 2019 (Order number: v7at-fz96). I started order my meal about 18.25 using food panda application on my phone. At that time, the application showed that the delivery should be done in 17 mins (18.42). Then, the meal was arrived on 19.26, which was about 40 minutes late!!! All my food was cooled.
