I am very much surprised and frighten by the way ICICI Prudential’s ethics and procedures at work. I received ICICI Prudential Life Insurance policy. I had not opted for any policy and even I had not filled any form of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance policy....

I am elite customer of ICICI. I have taken Life Stage Assure ICICI Prudential policy on 16/09/2009 which is 300,000 Rs per year for 10 years. But when I checked after 3 years :-

1. It was 15 years policy
2. 1st year premium (300,000 Rs) is premium allocation charges

I worked as an Associate Health Assurance Manager for one year in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd.
I haven't received my PF amount yet.I left the organisation on 26 may 2009. I am still waiting for a response from them.
