I lost my PAN card sometime in December last yea and therefore applied for a duplicate PAN card. For this, I submitted a 'Changes or correction in PAN data' form for which I received an acknowledgement number on Dec 14. But I have not received the PAN card till...

Though the IT-Department web-site shows that my PAN-card has been despatched on 12-OCT-2007 by post, I am yet to receive my PAN-card. My application no. is 702386988 and coupon no. 020852028. I'm in serious problem without the physical evidence of the card. please help....
