I have planned for a tour with INDIA VIEW TRAVEL agency one month before and I transferred Rs 12000 as advance . After few days due to my grandmother's bad health we cancelled the tour and requested them to cancel the train tickets and refund my money after deduction . They have cancelled the tickets ( I checked the PNR status ) but after that they stopped to pick-up my calls and trying to avoid me . Mr. AMIT RAJ...
