Dear sir,
The servicemen, who are coming to the berth, are not giving full information about the food and they are giving information only about the costly meals of comesum not of irctc. Also these workers are not listening about the issues of food. The food which is being served is also of third class and they are not giving the complaints book and argueing with passengers....

Incident : I have booked my ticked for 4 passengers from my account. I am able to see the transaction details and money also gets deducted from my account.
After that, i am unable to see any information under TAB "Booked Ticket History".
The details shown under "Last Transaction Details" does not contain PNR number and Passenger Details. I have attached the screen shot of same.

When i started booking tickets it showed avalability but by the time i finished i got tickets in waiting list without showing any intimation that tickets are finished and are currently being booked in waiting list

After cancellation a tax of 120rs is taken away
I need refund back as the mistake lies with the website...

IRCTC GET UNREACHABLE AT SHARP 10 AM WHEN TRYING TO BOOK A TATKAL TICKET

NON REFUND OF UNCONFIRMED TICKET

We the group of 7 people booked a ticket for september 21 to go goa from gorkhapur from credit card of City Bank, India in 4 people and 3 people. But me and my friend wants to cancel the ticket as we will be unable to go.. Redirecting processing request and charged money for online ticket which showed booking failure

Redirecting after submitting my online SBI card details. The bank has processed my railway charges as known my message from the bank on my mobile phone. However the Railways never booked the ticket after hours of waiting online during the processing of request. They have charged me on my card full ticket charges. My ticket was from Agra Cant to H Nizamudin Station by taj express 6:55 pm.
