I have booked my goods on 30 apr 2015 at Secunderabad stn to Dehri on so via Mughal sarai .my parcel is not reached at Dehri on son stn yet.online status shown that my luggage unloaded on 02 may at Patna stn.please provide correect information regarding the matter.

Sir, I want to draw your kind attention, refer to your PNR NO.[protected], TRAIN NO.12171 DATED 02/04/15,
CLASS-2A, NAMED SHARMA, AGE 77 YEARS TRAVELLING FROM KALYAN TO NEW DELHI Unfortunately forgot his original
PEN CARD BUT HOLDING duplicate PEN CARD, TT asked for their original pen card which my mother forgot due
to old age, mother requested but TT asked her to pay full amount, but TT Charged RS.500/- as a part to
forgot their original...

Respeted railway minister
I am a regular pessanger of railway and finding a very difficult situation whenever travelling in Vikramsheela exp. but the third birth means all the side birth is quite difficult to accomadate and for a long distance traveller it's a punishment so please do the neccessary steps for all passengers.

booking of ticket is blocked between New Jalpaiguri and Mugalsarai
The distance beetween New Jalpaiguri and Mugalsarai station is about 750 km. Earlier ticketing beetween above mentioned stations was given but from last two years the booking of ticket has been blocked in North East express train and now in Mahananda express train also for unknown reasons. Now if we have to go Mugalsarai from New Jalpaiguri station we have to buy ticket upto Allahabad with excess fare. Such type of restriction should immediately...

I had booked a 3AC ticket (no.[protected] for my wife and son to travel from Kahalgaon to Patna in train 3483up(Farakka express) on 26.03.08. On reaching at kahalgaon station for boarding train I first contacted with the station officer on duty to know about the status of the train and the no of plateform at which the train shall arrive. The officer told me this train shall come at plateform no-1 and it shall reach the station within 15 minutes....
