They promised me for REFUND but till the date not received new.mobole nor refund. Six year they are lying to me!...

My intex Led is not working for last 30 days. I have 2 reference number of complaints one is Ref No. D[protected] and second is Ref No. D[protected]. There is no response from Intex company side, technician visited two times but only he makes videos of defective Led and take charges of visit Rs. 590 after this there is not a single communication between company or with customer.

Please solve my issue as soon as possible because...

TV has been given to service centre on 29 October.
They have raised request for panel on the same day but its been 17 days still my problem is not resolved.
Service centre is telling that they have not recieved spare parts yet.

Raised concern with intex care email and also written to CEO office which stated in intex website.

Still no response...

Company is fraud
My led is under guarantee, still I am not getting any help or any customer service.Company behavior is very bad.
The company does its own thing....

I took my intex 4.1 bang plus home theatre to service centre on 21 st july i bough it on may 2022 its under warranty and now its 17 th August till now the parts hasnt been arrived 😑😑 what an service from intex hate it...

I have bought an intex 4.1 Bang Plus 2 months ago and now it was having an issue with the sound so I have take it to the service centre on 21st July and they have check the product they had told me that the comprine was with the board and they have ordered it on 23rd or something and now it's August till now the haven accepted the request for the delivery of the board I am very unsatisfied with the service of this they are very careless about...

i am from Kerala. I sparingly used my INTEX R - 161 DVD Player and kept safe for the last 13 years. It is working perfectly. Can I update the software of my player, so that I can play MP4, MKV type files too?

15 days before I made a complaint but still i didn't get any information from your customer sevice. You gave three years warranty to customer that only we gave complaint to service center .My tv board is repaired so ple send the new board to me already u sent one board that's also not work properly.Here i request you to ple do favour to me ..as soon as possible....
