The attender of Kathleen of Gorabazar Branch opp. Bata showroom refused to maintain the food hygiene even after multiple requests instead a lady among them started debating and sarcastically insulated on this hygiene issue especially when the Covid19 is all over place. They were wiping the floor by own hand and serving the foods without cleaning or sanitising the hand....

The kadamtala branch of kathleen is fooling customers. I went to buy an ice cream cake. When buying i was told that it is the ice cream cake of black forest falvour so i took it. When i opened it next day and ate it... I realized that it is just a normal cake and not an ice cream cake.. There is no sign of ice cream in it... I already opened the cake... So now they won't take it back... My money is just wasted......
