Washing machine not yet delivered since last 10 days

Dear team,
I bought ifb washing machine from kohinoor kandivali west showroom on 10th june 2017. I found it defective at the time of delivery and returned it.
Since then i am chasing with kandivali west branch but without proper update till now. Initially i was informed that they don't have same model and will raise the purchase order and i will get machine before 20th june, which is still not done. And now no one is picking...

I PURCHASED LG REFRIGERATOR (LG D372 JHSLHS -335L) FROM KOHINOOR ELECTRONICS AT KANDIVALI WEST BRANCH, MUMBAI -400 067 AND VOUCHER NO. IS BNR1620405. AT A TIME OF BOOKING I.E.
