This is to bring to your attention a concerning issue I recently encountered with the Lion dates that I purchased. Upon opening the package, I discovered the presence of dusty particles, small insects inside the dates.
I have attached images for your reference.
I sent a mail to the customer care and I haven't received any response from them.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and let me know what...

I recently purchased LION DATES DESERTKING from your one of your supplier named Nilesh Supermarket Pvt Ltd. Pandit Colony, Nashik. And when I opened it, I was horrified to find an insect inside. This is completely unacceptable and I am extremely unhappy...

I have made payment against pocketly loan app 8 months ago still they are showing active in my cibil which affects to much to my cibil score no proper response from customer service and email too much for inactive paid loans but no helpfull answer...

The packet said deseeded dates. Trusting the co.pany, I put it in mixer jar which could have turned fatal as there were seeds inside few dates. It broke my mixer jar immediately with a sudden pop and thud. Really irresponsible....

Full Description of Incident : Bought Lion Dates OYNO DESEEDED DATES from nearby super market. Dint find any defect in packing but after opening the packet today surprised to find insects in dates and I have consumed couple of dates as well after which i have observed the insects....

Bought Lion's "Arabian Dates" 250g (Rs.110) from the store at Neyveli which they mentioned "BUY ONE GET ONE FREE" on the packet but they didn't provide the free one. The shopkeeper claimed it's for the price of only one pack(Rs. 110 for 250g) as per Lion Dates. If this so then why are they mentioning buy one get one free boldly at the top of the pack? it should be removed or either they should provide two packets....

Why is this happening everytime!?
Everytime I buy the sacchet I'm finding those.. Today finally I'm here to complaint against. May be it's all due to zero sanitation and irresponsibility... Please make sure that crores of people are having them...why so irresponsible. We request you to replace the stock....
