I have been a loyal customer of luminous products and i have complained for fault in my luminous invertor model since 24th Aug, 2022.
It has been 7 days now that no technician from luminous has visited.
Every other technician is calljng and asking for the address and confurms to visit but actually no one turns up.
During thos raining season when power cut is quite fequent not having an invertor working...

I purchased luminous fan in may 2022 after 2 month fan is not working I called customer care, area manager service centre but no one take care any action against it it's now almost 4 month my problem is still not solved very disappointed with luminous...

Zelio Inverter serial number 56KB70C1683130 is still under the 2 year warranty, but company is not responding bh any means....

I purchased zelio+1100 & inverlast ILTT18048 N on APRIL 13 2019 on luminous website. On January 2022 the battery not working informed luminous service engineer. I have order Battery 150 Ah - RC18000 from Luminous website on 5th April 2022 in morning. Then I received a call from Luminous stating that this product can not deliver to my area so I have to either go for another model or cancel the order.

I have bought luminous NXG1100, since 2 months there is problem of overload in it, sometimes it is not charged by solar and sometimes with light, I have complained many times but these people are not giving service,
I am very upset.
Neither the shopkeeper nor the company is providing service, so we should be called consumers.

3.75 kva solor pcu mai solor overload ki problem aa rahi hai jis mai 7 ya 8 baar complaint ki or pcb change hua lekin problem solve nahi ho pai . pura set change karne se mana kiya gaya customer care no pe problem sun nahi rahe hai or pcu wifi ka set hote hue usmai wifi inbulit card missing hai factory se. Mer kahne ke baad bhi install nahi kar rahe hai . pura set pcu change bhi nahi kar rahe hai jubki waranty mai hai abi ....

Before making the final payment, i sent a whatsapp message to your sales team member, vijay ([protected]), who had been coordinating with me right from beginning. The screenshot of the conversation with vijay, on 5th july at 7.45am where i mentioned that i am going to transfer rs 249370/-...

Inverar unbalance single show and battery not aa proper backup...
