I am Arun Pillai from Pune Maharashtra. I want fill a complain against Makemytrip.com who has stolen 59000 INR rupess from my Credit card account. I would like to explain how and would request you to take appropriate action in protecting consumers rights.

i was given booking confirmation of hotel in tirupati but i was shocked when i reached there that the booking makemytrip has done was cancelled this the perofrmance of this company i was stuck up there with 2 families just trusting this company which does nt bother about customers........
