I inform you that i got a phone call in the name of samsung galaxy, delhi for discount on mobile phone, at that time some one called me from no. [protected]/[protected] for purchasing mobile on discount and they confirmed me that after checking parcel you have to make payment, but now they are denying and saying for making payment first then there will be no responsibility of the same, i think it is a fraud product...

My phone good one spark not supported the 4G jio sim. I want to replace my phone as this good one spark phone is a 4G phone.. As it is not supported the 4G sim then it is not for my use. It is a 4G phone so that I buy this good one spark phone. I want my phone to be replaced.As I buy this online from amazon app. And I have 6 months manufacturing warrenty.....

Please provide as much information as possible...I booked one yureka plus mobile phone with amazon but I m not receiving it even the due date is crossed. I have rang up to customer service also but they also did not do anything. Now if don't get my product in another 24 hours then I will move to consumers court. I m fed up with your service....

i have ordered a product from Zoomin.com, & they sent the product on wednesday from mumbai via Quantium courier service. product was received on friday in bangalore & saturday it was out for delivery.& today is tuesday but still i didn't get my product. i requested the customer cared dept to deliver ASAP as i was suppose to gift it one of my collegue, but i got a nice response from them ( you have to wait until you get it)...

I bought a new Sony Erricson w20 Cellular phone from sheetal communication Faridabad.I got some problem after 10 days,it hanged 2-3 times n a day,when i was listening fm radio.sms option & when I open slider,the hand set got hanged, The joy stic also not working ,i contacted showroom and told the problem,they told me to show this handset to the service centre ,(RT outsourcing services (P) Ltd.
