I purchased a health policy from the above mentioned co.in 2009 and never raised any claim. By virtue of no claim i became eligible for a free health checkup which i underwent in may 2017 and submitted all reports and bills to divisional manager, allahabad on 11/5/2017. I have been waiting for damage claim for more than 9 months now, submitted all the papers twice.. been to their karampura (Deldi) office personally and still no resolution.
Clerk at the karampura office ( Mr. A.K. Sharma) is the worst human being I have ever met. Everytime I call he will say that check is ready when I go there to collect, all I see is his laughing face and some lame excuse.. fund not...
