The very first they say is the client cannot sponsor you h1b visa so we need to apply for student visa where you will be working with our client on cpt later on you will be approved with opt and they will file your h1b visa. She has been saying that there is an urgent client requirement in us and said that they would initiate f1 visa(I20) as if i am pursuing master's in us as well as working for the client.
