I have bought a tab by the shop cj but it had defect so i returned the product and they took the product also and they told that there back end team will call me for my bank details but 1.5 month passed but there is no replay i also mailed but no these people wants only PROFIT i requst the that to be good with the coustmers or if every regesters the case in the coustmer case ......

desirable resolution of my complaint Is REFUND OF MONEY. As the product is not seem to be as good as shown in the advertisement.the product is Not working properly. And the channel Star CJ alive is not giving any response to us after complaining about it many times since from the day of delivery. they are ignoring this incidence again and again. So we need the MONEY...

Material worth rs 2090 was purchased vide invoice no.[protected] date 08/11/2014.
Material was defective and was sent back by same courier person of korea express on 22/11/2014.
Refund is not received till date .
Customercare was called several times who confirms that material is received back but regarding refund they say that they will call back after 24 hours but call never comes .
Please arrange to get me...

from STAR CJ ALIVE on 24th July 2014. I used this product once to check its functioning. It was working fine.
Then I dint used it for few weeks. After a month or so I planned to used it again and what I find out is the product
is no longer...
