I have booked a plot with Octagon Builders & Promotors (P) Ltd in their Santoor City_II project at Dehradun in Oct., 2006. I have paid Rs1, 25, 000/- the three installments at interval of two months in time. And as per terms and conditions of the company I have to pay the balance amount in 12 equal monthly installments on getting allotment of plot by the company.
