Ojeshwini Broadband Internet Service Complaints & Reviews

I'm Sachin Tari from K-302, mangalmurti complex, Vichumbe, New Panvel, Navi Mumbai 410206. I take internet Wi-Fi service from Ojeshwini Broadband for one year period from Nov 2014 to Nov 2015 with speed 512 kbps for Rs.4000/- a year, but the service provided by them is very week, from last 2-3 week my wifi is not working, o complent for the same but no solution till date, please help us, it's kind of cheating with us....

I purchased Ojeshwini Broadband Internet Service From Ojeshwini Broadband shop no. B-04, Nikita Apartment, Vichumbe, Taluka Panvel, Office No.[protected] / [protected] in April 2015. But Their Service is very poor. Most of the time internet is not available due to connectivity problem. Also They didn’t respond to calls. I have paid second time 3 months advance payment to them on 11/07/2015. But From 23/07/2015 internet is not available....
