I'm finding fraudulent activity on my CIBIL report in the name of TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD

They have shown an amount of Rs 6000/- in which they have entered my PAN card details, name and phone no.

I have also submit a another complaint against this on cosumer complaint portal and also followup by mail regular to mobikwik helpline but not get any proper resolution regardig...

I did fund transfer of 49000 from credit card, it is debited from my credit card but not credited to my bank account, status is showing as pending. I really the money for hospital bill. Kindly resolve the issue asap...

I have done a withdrawal of Rs 4500/- from mobikwik xtra and its been more than 5 days now still the amount not credited to my bank account and the status of withdrawal is showing successful.

The loan got approved, the EMI schedule also started in the app immediately, but the loan amount has not been deposited to my bank account till now. I have applied for a loan in mobikwik app which they are providing for customers as a ZIP EMI loan. The amount was withdrawn by me on 29th December and still the amount is not received into my bank account. Instead of looking into the issue mobikwik is harrassing me to pay the EMI. I have been calling and sending mail to Mobikwik since 16th January 2024 regarding a debit in my Mobikwik Wallet for Rs.5000 while doing a transfer of 5000 from Wallet to Bank of India Account: [protected].

It’s a Technical Failure happened in Mobikwik on 16th Jan’24 and Bank of India is not involved in this transaction...
