Hi I am a flat in Pancheel Wellington, Ghaziabad which I purchased with covered Parking but till now the same has not been alloted to me. I call your customer care and at Noida office also but no one picks the phone. Even management here is so poor that they don’t know. Is anyone aware about the transfer process after registry. Is there any charge we need to pay when we go for selling the flat after registration? I have heard that some builders in CR are charging 50, 000 in the name of internal transfer even after the registration is done. Please suggest if this is legal....

I have booked flat in 2011 in Panchsheel Wellingtone Crossing republic Ghaziabad, They told at the time of booking we will be hand over flat in next year only, and Axis bank will provide load, because this project showing approved and listed in Axis bank.
But after 2 year we have not got this flat and now builder saying above 10th flour flat not approved by GDA and from last 2 and 1/2 years I am paying EMI to bank and Panchsheel, when...

Asking for Flat money even project upper floors are not approved

I too have booked a flat in Tower 3 and was narrated the similar story at the time of booking. I received a call today from their sales office in Crossings confirming if I have received some call from corporate office regarding payment and loan from India Bulls. It seems something is wrong about their project in Crossing Republik....

This is to complain about the Panchsheel Wellington, Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad NH-24, Uttar Pradesh.
as per the agreement they suppose to give the penalty for late possession. I had booked my 3 BHK (1700 Sqft) flat in Wellington more than 3yrs back but now they are refusing to pay the penalty. I bought this flat with complete down payment.
Our hard earned money is being completely going in vain and not sure when...
