I visited for renewal of passport for my 10 year old son on 29th dec. At 3 pm.
She asked me to buy a sms facility. I told in local language that means:'-i don't need simply'. My complaint is that the customer service executive at c1-c4 counter unnecessarily send documents for re-checking/ correction.
I had already attached my husband's passport's self attested photocopy for address change; but still she send me for scanning of his passport. This is total waste of time. She also confuses the consumer by not listening to them.
After that the scanning person at a9 counter didn't do anything except for...
