Hi,

I have paid 9k for two year amc plan and my plan is going to expire on 4th sept before lock down we request for filter change then there guy came and replace it and said there is also some issue with kit we will change it then lockdown implemented now from last 20 days iam taking regular follow up to change it and they are just passing the days so that sept came and they give gyan to renew the policy. Hello,

It is with reference to APEX service India worst service in RO - I bought 2 year AMC from them in 2018.
Now every time service is due, we need to remind them about the service time and they don't visit you unless you call them multiple times a day and they will visit you after weeks time.

There service and behavior is worst among worst and they charge everything in advance so there is no chance...

Terms and conditions have a point where they mention that if a part breaks then we have to pay for it,
But the part isn't broken
And the concerned person who is supposed to repair it,

Is not implying to its own conditions....

They told me that they are working for aquaguard company. Charged 10000/- for two year amc giving 8 mandatory service. Two year is about to end and i have received only one service that too in 2019.
Its been two weeks i'm calling them for service, the ladies talking on phone are rude and have no manner's. On asking about senior, the concerned person is always on leave. Its now starting of third week and no service has been done. Fraud...

On 18 june 2018 from them on paying rupees 10000, but after paying the the amount they didn't give me any singel service, on 5 june 2020 i try to file my complaint they ok we will send technician but till 20. no service support - pls avoid

We took amc in 2019. They came very quickly for registering the amc after the cheque they r not available. They are very insensitive and unprofessional. Pls avoid and deal directly with service center of base company. Regards...

We took amc for our ro. They have no service support. Despite logging complaints at call center and follow-up they don't turn up. They don't follow up. Due to this parents are troubled as they r not getting the needed support. By mistake we took this amc. For any service pls contact the vendor like euraka directly they are the contractors....

apex service regarding ro

I took amc plan worth rs 10, 500 in april 2019 (Bill no 4773), when they claimed that they were from kent ro company.
When i called to kent ro, they told her that the policy doesnt belongs to them. You need to call amc provider, which impersonated us.
Amc is provided by "apex service center, 3/133, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092."

For the last 6 days they are giving standard reply "aaj sham tak, nahi...

fraudulent/scam company

Apex water solutions is an absolutely fraud company..
Their address is apex service center, 3/133, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi 110092.
They lied point blank and said that they were from eureka forbes service center instead of telling me that they are an independent service center. They are not even an authorized service center.
They have taken 2 years annul maintenance fee of 8500 inr an year back i. E. 11/04/2019...

Dont get traped.. They are the frauds.. When you complaint them they don't come till the amc expires.. After that they say that your amc has expired... This is not kent authorized service centre... They take amc saying they are authorized service centre but they are not.
They will call you when you purchase kent ro.. And pose them as authorized service centre of kent ro but they are not. When you call them their behaviour is highly...

Apex service center address lalita park, 3/133 laxmi nagar delhi-92. I have asked them for a change in ro membrane (Kent ro) (Though i have tried to contact kent customer care, but somehow i got redirected to them). The engineer visited my house on 18/03/2019 and changed the membrane and also informed that the motor of ro is not working properly and needs to be changed and convinced me for taking an annual maintenance contract (Amc) of 6500/-....

I have taken 2 years kent ro amc from apex but theae guys are frauds.. They charged 11500 for 2 years amc. They promised every rhree months services with candles and filter change and every 8 months membrane change. They promised us that we dont need ro call them. They will come in time. After calling them times and again they will come at odd hours with lots od excuses. Its going to be around 2 years and amc is to be expured thwy did not...

water purifier ro service under amc

I had taken AMC for my Water purifier RO from the company by paying Rs 11500/- on 7/10/2018 for 2 years ie till 6/10/2020. Receipt No. 6624. Our RO is not working from 16/10/2019. I am calling their office but every time the lady at customer care desk says that the technician will come tomorrow or gives excuse that he is on leave. Once a technician visited and said one part has to be replaced which is covered in AMC but he has not turned...

non attending of complaint after days.

As my ro is leaking, i made compaint on 20.11.2019 to send mechanic for repairs of ro. Since then i made several compaint till today but each time the receptionist gave assurance for sending mechanic. Today, she point blankly refused...

Apex services laxmi nagar is a fraud company. They issue amc but never come for service. They take 9200 from us for two year amc but we have got only two services. Always they make excuse like we will shortly come for service but they never come. So please take action against such people. One more important point is that when his technician has come to our place he said i have from kent ro service center....
