Forget ATM pin
Dear sir,

my name is shubham kumar my atm card no. is 0311000100970606 and is valid thru 02/16

but due to not use of PNB atm card i forgot my atm pin number so I request you to please send the pin number of my atm card as soon as possible...

On 25th May 2012 I operated PNB ATM to withdraw Rs. 10,000 by using PNB Debit Card no. 5048840217010002341. The ATM has debited my account but it failed to deliver the cash. You are requested to carry out necessary verification and credit Rs. 10,000 to my S/V Account No. 0217000400245588...

Once again I would like to draw your kind attention towards an irritating Incident happened with me on 31-Jan-2012. I tried to make a transaction of Rs. 8000/- on 31/01/2012 at ATM ID- D2077800, the amount was debited from my account but no cash was dispensed.
