The customer care number given is never reachable/ answered

the communication address given is incomplete. You can never reach them as the plot/house number isn't given.

No bill/warranty given for product.

I had ordered a power bank from portamart site. On site different picture was given in catalog, but the product that was delivered was totally different. When I mailed them regarding the return, they didn't replied and even when I called their customer care number, my call was never answered. I did warned them several times but they didn't replied to my mails. I claimed for return the moment I got their product, still they never responded...
