I own a flat at Pranit happy homes- the nest @ kukatpally.
I had given my flat for rent, am getting a good rental also and my tenants are also very much satisfied with the facilities at Pranit....

The technical team at pranit I had seen are very good team ,hard working and very much aware of issues and how to solve them in time.
Their management seems to be very good.
Their mode of work is perfect and fast.
Always trying to reach core of issue and fix the root cause.
Many people are happy with their services in our society...

About the persons who are not aware of this project

some waste persons like agents who are not aware,what is happening and whats not happening they just keep writing these kinds of commmets and mails unnecessarily a good project name gets spoiled due to few of them,who are all really not aware of how a project runs and executed.
I had purchased a flat in Pranit Happy Homes ,for best price and got good service from the people of pranit and i don't know why these people are

regarding service tax and amenities

Dear sir,
I am the victim of the nest pranit happy homes.He had promised to deliver in Aug 2010 end but till now no occupation is given and iam getting phone calls to pay the 95% of amount which is no way as per the agreement and also he promised to provied manjeera water till now no connection is been provided.Also he had promised that he will give 7500 as rent but now he says that he wont give a single pie.could you please suggest...

Dear Sir,
I have taken a 3 BHK flat in Pranith Happy Homes, The Nest, Kukatpally near to JNTU. They have promised to handover flat same as per the Model flat and given speficiations. The same specifications of construction mentioned at the time of registration. But now they are offering poor quality of tiles, kitchen acceseraries ..etc. If I go as per my interest they will offer very very less price than market value of it...
